I am a passionate UX/UI Designer crafting delightful experiences that change users lives. The technology industry is destined to focus on exceptional user experiences just as much as powerful engineering, and I am ready to answer the call. My innate design abilities and education in computer science have combined to make me a unique designer who understands technical issues just as well as usability ones. I can't wait to tackle exciting and challenging usability problems that face our industry. Want to create the future? I am ready to learn and conquer with like-minded people who want to push the future of user experiences.

Computer Science Senior Project Sponsored by Tendril, Inc.
Goal: Create useful and interesting Mobile Applications utilizing the Tendril API.
Role: Developer/Designer/Project Owner (Everyone on the project shares many roles)
Technologies Used:
A short and simple web application for hosting photos. Main goal of this class assignment was to exercise software engineering best practices including iteration planning, standup meetings, version control systems, and effective group collaboration.
Highlights:
During a jam-packed 5-week class on Mobile Interfaces, we were assigned to develop a mobile application. We decided to make an adaptation of the popular game Super-Fill-Up on Reddit. I decided to go classic arcade-retro style graphics for Super Polygon Trap.
Highlights:
A proof of concept - Building a mobile web application for finding new and interesting events on campus. The application generated unique event QR codes that event organizers could include on print outs. Concept to creation was driven by User Centered Design methods such as contextual interviews and user walkthrough testing.

I've held a number of interesting jobs over the years, and look forward to adding to this list.
As an Apple Store Specialist, I took pride in spreading the joy and wonder of Apple products through amazing customer interactions. I also worked in the back of house doing inventory control and operations work. It was a challenging and rewarding experience working for Apple retail.
My role at Revision3 evolved many times during my stay. As a web intern, I designed front page promos, dynamic web advertisements and helped in the website redesign process. I utilized many social networking tools to market and connect with viewers across the web. I also wrote and starred in short, fun advertisements for sponsors. (If you spent some time looking through the archives, there are plenty of shots of my face!
I was referred by a successful web designer to shoot and produce some podcasts for a small winery in Sonoma, CA. I filmed, produced, and edited all of the videos/podcasts for Bedrock’s web site. I also maintained all of the web sites media assets.
I spent a number of summers at Windell's Summer Camp and had the opportunity to work there for an entire summer in high school. It was an incredible experience that I will always carry with me. I dream of going back to "The Funnest Place on Earth!"
I've been known as a jack of all trades, but most of all I get things done.
